Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your book. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

• The book must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Books that show visible signs of use or damage not caused during shipping

• Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If your book arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
